Returns

When returning a product, please mail your package to the address below. Carefully pack your return items in a box large enough to accommodate all the items and include your original Invoice in the box and seal it tightly. After processing, you will receive an email detailing your Return Information.

Please ensure that you choose a shipping method that delivers to PO Boxes. If you're uncertain, confirm with the carrier when your package is being processed for shipment to us.

Return Policy

• Your Return Shipment must be shipped within 30 days of the day your order shipped (the "Ship Date" on your invoice).
• You must fill out the Return Form in its entirety and include it with your Return. If you lost your Invoice, click here to print a Return Form.
• Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
• Opened items cannot be returned unless DEFECTIVE.
• Defective Items will be replaced with the same Item only. NO Refunds.
• ALL of the Original Packaging; Case, Booklets, Liner Notes, Bonus Discs, etc. MUST be included.
• We do NOT pay for postage on returns of unopened items.
• Shipping Charges are not Refundable.
• VOD purchases are not refundable, store credit only. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.
• Defective Used DVDs and Blurays can only be returned for store credit. No replacements or refunds.
• International Customers are responsible for Duty Taxes and Shipping Charges if order is refused.
• Promotional Items cannot be Returned for any reason, unless Defective.
• Certain promotional sale items may be sold in sleeves without box art or cases. Those items are only eligible for Replacement; no Returns or Refunds.
• If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we may contact you via the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
• International Flats 4-8 Days Shipping Method: Returns will only be accepted for items with a manufacturer defect. The item will be replaced with the same item and no credits or refunds will be issued.
• If you return Adult products that you did not purchase on our site, we assume no responsibility for those products and they will not be returned under any circumstances.
• Non-defective novelties and sex toys (including books) may not be returned for any reason.
• Defective novelty items can only be replaced with another of the same item, no substitutions will be made and no refunds will be issued.
• Certain Lingerie and Costumes are EXCLUDED From Returns or Exchanges:
• Panties - Please note: due to federal laws and for the health of our customers and staff, we are unable to accept returns on panties or any items that cover the genitals.
